Decent cheap hotel that is well located
Good location in Noge. Staff were very polite attentive and polite. Facilities were a little dated.
Decorations were quite dated and bland. Cleanliness of carpets etc could be better

What was the highlight of Yokohama Mandarin Hotel
It was nice for the price and location but I don’t think I would stay there again.
The staff were very kind. It was decently priced and it was in a great location and walking distance from lots of shopping and sightseeing places we wanted to visit. The beds were comfortable.
It was quite old and a little dirty. The room only had one plug to charge and it was far from the bed. There were 3 of us staying in one room so it was difficult to charge our phones and other appliances. We had to take turns.

What was the highlight of Yokohama Mandarin Hotel
The hotel is a little bit aged but still for its price it is a nice place to stay for weekends.
The staff is kind and friendly. We forgot some of our belongings in the room, so the hotel personnel sent it to us by mail with no problem. The room was clean and light. Everything in the room worked with no problems. The beds were soft and big enough for two adults and a 3 y.o. kid. The room was cleaned daily, and they put new bottles of water each time.
There was no safe box in the room, and the AC airflow direction was not adjustable. We booked a room with a mountain view, but even on the 7th floor, we only saw a neighbour's building.

This is a good value hotel in a good location. I would be happy to stay again.
Although a little dated, the hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The rooms were a good size.
There was a hotel restaurant but it did not appear to be opened for breakfast or was only available by reservation only.
